What’s this site all about?

Spy movies, espionage novels, Spy TV shows, fantasy books, science fiction books, horror movies, horror novels, pulp novels, nonfiction books on the same. Documentaries too. And any kind of blend.

Do you ever go to conventions?

On occasion. It depends on the convention. I don’t recall any conventions for former secret agents, but let us know and we’ll be there! We’ve attended Philadelphia ComiCon, Historicon, and the local 24-hour horror movie marathon.

Everyone has a favorite, but I’m partial to Special Mission Lady Chaplin (1966) just because it’s a hoot. Assignment K (1967) is a close runner-up.

The Man Who Was Thursday by G. K. Chesterton. I’m told people who have actually worked in secret services rate it highly too.
